GRAIN STORE CONVERSION
Now completed, the conversion of a redundant grain store to a beautiful substantial family home.

Royle Mews, Winchcombe
The creation of eight varying style of town houses now known as Royle Mews, Cowl Lane.
This involved the complete renovation of the redundant local Parish Hall into a quaint terrace of three cottages, and new-building two brick built semi-detached (more modern style) houses, plus the creation of two cotswold stone detached houses, and a one bedroomed terraced cotswold stone apartment, linked onto the original period property known as Abbey House. Each one has it's own individual stamp to create a very interesting development.
Timber & Cotswold stone family home
We have recently built a beautiful half-timbered cotswold period style modern family home for private clients in one of the most sought after sleepy cotswold villages, plus all associated landscaping works. A very exciting project, completed in 2017.
Charingworth Court, Winchcombe
One of our earlier developments, but one we are very proud of.
The total renovation of the original period grade two listed known as Charingworth Court into a family home.
In the extensive grounds, we built seven beautiful new cotswold stone detached houses. These were all sold off plan to awaiting clients and have now since become some of Winchcombe's most sought after properties, in an enviable and exclusive private development.
